Once processed, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days (total time includes both processing and shipping).

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, worn or used jewelry cannot be returned.
